Hello! I'm SystematicPastels and I've been working with Consilium Management since January of 2026. Three months isn't a long time to see any numbers improvement really, but Tori and Kai have done plenty to try and help me and everyone else in the group the best they can. The workshops they do are honestly the part I look forward to the most, and as a little neurodivergent introverted guy, feels like I've been adopted. That's a good thing. Another great thing is that the discord server has lots of cool people in it for you to slowly show yourself more and more to and slowly become friends :D!! They've done their best to try and remind me to respond to their messages, seemed to not immediately hate my humor (which is very hit or miss to people), and have an abundance of ''I'm proud of you''s to give which makes me happy.
